A clear timeline
Visits, lab results, imaging reports and doctor's notes, grouped by condition and sorted by date, so the history reads like a story.
A private family health dashboard
Medical records end up scattered across portals, PDFs, scan discs and photos. Learn My Health pulls them into one clear timeline for each person in a family, so the story of a condition is easy to follow and nothing gets lost between appointments.
It's a personal project, shared by invitation only. There's no public sign-up.
Everything a family needs to understand where each person's health stands, in one view.
Visits, lab results, imaging reports and doctor's notes, grouped by condition and sorted by date, so the history reads like a story.
Each condition gets a status, a plain-language explanation, the sources behind it, and a place for your own notes on what to do next.
Pins on a 3D body show where each condition is. For some, real anatomy models highlight the exact structures involved.
Lab trends over time, current medications, vaccination records and family history, all in one profile.
Upload PDFs and photos, or raw MRI and X-ray scans straight off a disc. Scans are rendered as viewable images and can be compared side by side.
Keep upcoming and past appointments in one list. Import a calendar file, or optionally sync read-only from Google Calendar.
Drop in a report, a photo of a document, or a whole folder from a scan disc.
It drafts a timeline entry from what's actually written in the document, and flags anything that conflicts with the existing record. It's told never to guess, and a person reviews anything uncertain.
Confident, consistent entries are filed automatically. Anything uncertain waits for your review before it becomes part of the record.
Raw scans are never sent to the AI. They're only rendered into previews. Automatic reading can be switched off entirely.
Health records are about as sensitive as data gets, so the project is built around keeping them private.
Learn My Health started as one person's way to make sense of a growing pile of medical documents, and grew into a dashboard the whole family can use. It runs on Google Cloud, uses Gemini on Vertex AI for the optional document reading, and was built with help from Claude Code.
It isn't a medical service, it isn't a HIPAA-covered provider, and nothing here is medical advice. Always talk to your doctor about your health.
